With this order came the mandatory closure of all non-essential businesses and institutions, such as libraries, gyms, bars, and nightclubs. Restaurants are currently permitted to provide take-out and delivery services only, and this is taking a toll on local establishments that rely on dine-in customers for the majority of their income.
